You can check your current subscription status in your account under the Membership section. Your plan details and billing information are displayed in the Billing history area.
Will my subscription plan renew automatically?
Any subscription plan renews automatically. If you don’t want to be billed, cancel your subscription until the expiration date; otherwise, the system will bill your card automatically.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
You can upgrade your subscription at any time from the Membership section in your account. When upgrading, you only pay the price difference for the current billing period.
How are annual and monthly plans billed?
There are both monthly and annual subscription plans available. All annual subscription plans are paid upfront, so if you want to pay month by month, you need to choose one of the monthly subscription plans.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account.
Note: After cancellation, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period.
For example, if you subscribe on November 1st and cancel on November 2nd, you can continue using your membership until December 1st.
